A festival site is built by a dozen trades at once, then lived in for days. Hedge runs have to fit that production calendar, hold their color in sun from load-in to strike, and change shape when operations moves a gate.

The festival map changes during the build.
At Beyond Wonderland 2025, changes came in from operations while the crew was installing, and the modular runs were lengthened, shortened or re-angled on the spot. At Stagecoach 2023 the festival supplied the platform, so thin mountable hedge panels were bolted straight into it. Both sites sat in direct sun for days, which is why the greenery is UV-stable.

Festival production questions
/Can hedge panels attach to a festival-supplied platform?
They have. Stagecoach 2023 provided the platform for the Hendrick’s Gin cube, and the thin mountable hedge panels bolted directly into it, with no extra structural work on site.
/What happens when the site plan changes mid-build?
The runs change with it. At Beyond Wonderland 2025 the crew adjusted lengths and angles during install to match last-minute changes from operations.
/How do you work around the other trades on site?
Delivery is booked against the production calendar, and placement is coordinated so our crew can work alongside the other trades. That is how Beyond Wonderland ran, with unloading, layout and install handled by our team.
/Will the hedges last several days in sun?
The panels are UV-stable artificial greenery. Stagecoach in Indio and Beyond Wonderland in San Bernardino both ran in direct sun and heat, and the color held from the first photo of the day to the last.
/Do you build festivals outside your four states?
The documented example is Lollapalooza: our crew drove the build from Escondido, California to Chicago so the same team handled it from load-out to setup.
/What about fire-retardant requirements?
Lollapalooza referenced a fire-retardant requirement for Chicago, and the materials and prep accounted for it. Rules vary by city and venue, so tell us early. Documentation available for applicable configurations.
