This year’s Coachella music festival in Indio was undoubtedly one heck of a party. From Beyoncé’s show stopping performances to the incredible parties, a good time as surely had by all who attended. We were excited to play a small part in the Revolve Festival at Coachella’s first weekend. Using 120 of our 8’H x 4’L x 15”W artificial boxwood hedges, we put together a magnificent hedge maze.
This incredible maze included seven entrance/exits and space for a bar in the center. With wind being a threat out in the open desert, we had to use extra sandbags and additional hedges as braces. Thankfully, only a breeze blew through the grounds during the festival and the hedges remained standing throughout the weekend.
The main entrance to the maze was outfitted with an array of roses, each individually attached to the hedges using wire. The roses truly made the hedges pop and stand out in amongst the desert landscape. Sand and beach chairs also accentuated the entrance making the entrance feel like a fun day at the beach.
